For weather watchers 6-12, we ask for your year of birth so that we can know approximately when to graduate you to our regular weather watcher program. We do not need this information if you are 13 or older.

Briefly, tell us why you want to be a weather watcher. Include in your paragraph how often you think you will be able to make weather reports, and describe the type and location of the equipment you will be using to make your weather reports. You must have at minimum a thermometer, located out of the sun and away from any extraneous heat sources, and a rain gauge to become a weather watcher.
